咖啡老師Ching Ching今次會跟大家分享越南原生種植的咖啡。

將以虹吸壺沖煮方法呈現越南併配咖啡的風味‚及指導你如何使用越南特式咖啡器具, 沖出越南農夫全心全意種植的優質咖啡的潛藏風味。

另特意邀請café+ kubrick首席廚師David Choy為大家準備法式甜點 ‚希望大家有個美好的品嚐之夜!

In this special coffee session, we will taste several different kinds of local varietal Vietnamese coffee. Then, we will present coffee with their two different coffee blend brewing with Siphon, an elegant coffee brewing tool.

Finally, each of the participants will have an opportunity to make a cup of Vietnamese coffee by themselves together with French dessert by our chef David Choy. It should be happy coffee time after dinner. Let’s enjoy authentic Vietnam coffee together!
